  • A healthy pregnancy starts long before you’re even expecting. Research shows that good nutrition can help to create the optimal internal environment to support conception. Healthy lifestyle changes are often the missing piece of the puzzle for many women who have struggled with fertility for months or even years.

  • Research shows that when done right, nutrition can both support a healthy pregnancy for you and your baby and aid in recovery after delivery.

  • Yes! Even if you’re just looking to clean up your diet and make some healthier shifts, we can help! We take all the guesswork out of healthy eating so you can reap the benefits.

  • Registered Dietitians (RDs) are board-certified food and nutrition experts. Becoming an RD requires years of training—we go deep into biochemistry, physiology, and medical nutrition therapy. On top of the rigorous coursework, we are also required to spend a year in a supervised internship, much of which is spent in a hospital setting. Part of maintaining our credential is staying up to date on nutrition research. Anyone can call themselves a “Nutritionist”, but a lot of education, training, and exams goes into being a Registered Dietitian. Which means that when you work with an RD, you’re getting cutting edge, research-based and (most importantly) safe and accurate health guidance.

  • We do not take insurance. By accepting insurance, we would have to follow insurance companies’ guidelines on the level of care and specific hours we can spend with each client, which is nowhere near the level of personalized attention we believe is necessary for our clients. In other words, we work with clients to give you fully integrated and customized care based on your individual needs.

While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we can provide a detailed invoice should you choose to submit a claim for out-of-network coverage.

  • Yes! We offer a fertility package suited for couples who are trying to conceive naturally or through Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

  • Totally fine! We work with every client to set you up for success. We offer personalized recommendations from your favorite take-out or delivery spots - and suggest new ones! We will also work together to make you feel confident when you are in the kitchen by sharing tips and tricks for fast and tasty meals.
