This package includes guidance on when and how to transition your child to complementary foods as well as what your baby should and shouldn’t be eating. Whether you are breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, I will review specific foods, nutrients and the right portion sizes to support your body’s healing and give you ample energy to enjoy your new bundle of joy.
